“a book of poems functioning as reviews of records released in 1971”

Over the past decade, Joanne Roberston and Byron Coley have collaborated on a series of projects, curating shows, writing books of poetry, and traveling the international go-kart racing circuit, as their busy schedules permit.

The idea for the book was originally hatched as a transatlantic jape between Robertson based on Glasgow, and Coley in Massachusetts. Upon further consideration it seemed a legitimate way to investigate the culture of a specific year.
